James McHenry Elementary/Middle School’s mission is to empower students for college and career readiness through positive learning experiences, research-based instruction by highly-effective staff, and a genuine partnership with families and the community. To fulfill its mission, James McHenry provides opportunities for developmentally-appropriate instruction, authentic learning projects, cognitive structure enhancement, and character building through leadership development.
